They are concerned that the U.S. appears ready to normalise relations with Cuba's communist Government. As a small delegation paid tribute to Lincoln, one protester chanted that Castro is America's enemy. He repeated the words of Lincoln who once said "You can fool some of the people some of the time, but you can't fool all the people all the time". Juanita Castro, sister of the Cuban dictator also said that her brother cannot be trusted." JUANITA CASTRO (SEQ 10): "I am sure that he'll never change. He'll continue and will continue doing what he's been doing until today. Fidel hates this country. Fidel hates the American people and Fidel hates their freedom. He's one of the worst tyrants that the world has known. And I'm sure that he'll never change his mind."
