CU Dr. Hegazi listens to question and replies. 1.58 PAUL DAVIES: "How do you view the present potential changes in the Israeli Government?" DR. HEGAZI: "Well I think first that the changes of the Israeli is rather an internal issue, it is not something that disturbs us by all means. All that we can hope is that the mentality of the people in the various sectors of Israel starting from the Government would definitely change, we hope it will change. Understand, it is only the wish of Egypt and the Arabs to understand better the problem after the October war, but also for the sake of peace for the whole world." PAUL DAVIES: "Can you comment on the recent statements by President Sadat and the War Minister that Egypt might be compelled to rejoin the war against Israel?" DR. HEGAZI: "I would definitely say the Arabs are not war mongers and that's why President Sadat's idea is very clear to all the nations of the world. We want peace and we will go through all possibilities to achieve that. So far as things are going the right way definitely that would be for the benefit of everybody. But I think that Israel has started to know through the October war that we have the right and we have to achieve this right by all possible means."
