- Story Text:At least nine people died and 40 people were injured when a truck collided into various vehicles on the Mexico-Toluca highway, which connects the Mexican capital with the State of Mexico, to the west of Mexico City, authorities said on Wednesday (November 7).
Raymundo Collins, Mexico City Public Security Secretary said the crash took place at night on the kilometre 14.5 of the Mexico-Toluca highway, in the direction towards the capital, in the upscale neighbourhood of Santa Fe.
The driver, a female who survived, said she had not brakes.
