Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi met his Indian counterpart Sushma Swaraj in New Delhi on Saturday (August 13) to discuss regional and bilateral issues.
India's Foreign Secretary Subrahmanyam Jaishankar and other officials were also present during the meeting.
Earlier, Wang called on Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Wang, on a three-day visit to India, arrived in the country on Friday (August 12).
Modi's upcoming trip to Hangzhou for G-20 summit on September 4 and 5 and recent transgression by Chinese troops in Chamoli district of northern Uttarakhand state are expected to be on the agenda. - Copyright Holder: ANI (India)
