- Story Text: Luxury health clubs and spa resorts offering a wide range of relaxation solutions all under one roof, are gaining popularity among the fitness freaks and health fads in and around the city of Bangalore in India's southern state of Karnataka.
Of late, luxury health clubs offering a wide range of fitness solutions all under one roof for the busy bees of professionals and executives, have become overwhelmingly popular among the fitness freaks in Bangalore city of India's southern Karnataka state.
Healthy life style has become a part and parcel of modern day life, particularly among the fitness conscious.
Earlier people used to be regulars at gymnasia or play some game to maintain good physique.
But these days, time being a crucial factor, the health conscious persons are preferring health clubs since at these places, one can opt for a wide range of fitness solutions, all under one roof.
Apart from fitness aspects, most of these health clubs also boast of salons to cater to the beauty and personality needs of the members.
Such health clubs have caught the fancy of the youngsters. Even experts feel that luxury health clubs have come to stay for all times to come as evident from chain of these ventures.

Another reason for the popularity of the health clubs in metropolitan could be attributed to the element of distance and lack of recreational facilities to play games to remain fit.
Youngsters, who hardly find time for exercising in their busy schedule, feel that luxury health clubs make exercising interesting and fun.
"What I love about this place is that it has got so many facilities under one roof. One day I can come swimming�������the next day I can come and work on the treadmill, do my cardio. One day I can come for the yoga class or if I don't want to do yoga, I can come and do some straining. It's very exciting because it doesn't make exercise monotonous. It makes it interesting and lot of fun. So each day I can come and do a different kind of activity. So I think it's a completely new concept introduced in India especially one of its kinds," noted Rashmi Millet, a student.
Reportedly, this fitness concept is picking up slowly in other metro cities like Pune, Chennai, Mysore, Hyderabad and Chandigarh.
More than 10 such health centres are in the line to be coming up in different cities of India.
