- Story Text: Wallabies utility back Kurtley Beale said Wales had got stronger on the defence ahead of the crunch Pool D match against Wales this weekend.
With both sides having opened their campaigns with victories, Sunday's match in Tokyo should decide which of them tops the pool and gets an easier run through the knockout stage.
Australia worked out in the gym on the day winger Reece Hodge was due to face a judicial panel over a dangerous tackle he carried out in the Wallabies opening World Cup match against Fiji.
Assistant coach Nathan Sharpe told reporters they would be prepared to face Wales at the weekend whatever the outcome.
