- Story Text: Tottenham Hotspur manager Maurico Pochettino wants his side to move on as quickly as possible after their 7-2 humbling at home by Bayern Munich on Tuesday (October 1).
Last year's runners-up took the lead in their Champions League Group B clash, but Serge Gnabry's four-goal haul in the second half condemned Tottenham to their heaviest ever European home defeat as the German champions ran riot.
Master marksman Robert Lewandowski also scored twice as Bayern responded to going behind early on in devastating fashion in a rain-soaked night in north London, with Joshua Kimmich bagging their other goal.
Son Heung-Min and Harry Kane were the Premier League side's goalscorers, but former Arsenal man Gnabry returned to haunt his old rivals as Spurs capitulated.
Bayern top Group B with two wins from two matches, while Spurs now face an uphill battle to qualify after mustering only one point from their opening two matches.
In the group's other game, Red Star Belgrade came from behind to beat Greek visitors Olympiakos 3-1.
