What's great about the guitar is it comes with a letter from Courtney Love saying that it was Kurt's favorite guitar. Really, really an important piece. And it's the most important Cobain guitar that's ever come up for auction. We also have his sweater that he wore in the 1993 MTV Unplugged performance. We estimate it $200,000 to $300,000. But to me, it's the holy grail of articles of clothing that you could buy of Kurt Cobain's. And it's really a museum piece. It's an item that really does belong in a museum. But it's just such an important piece of pop culture history." His Nirvana music, it's played all over the world, you know, and there's become a surge in his collectability of his items. Just last May, we sold a pizza plate, a paper plate that he had pizza on, had the grease stains, he wrote a setlist on it. We sold it for $22,000. We had a sweater that he wore to a photo shoot, we sold for $75,000. So we see his items continue to increase in value." VARIOUS OF MICHAEL JACKSON'S JACKET WORN AT MULTIPLE EVENTS VARIOUS OF JOHN ENTWISTLE'S CUSTOM JACKET AND PANTS (SOUNDBITE) (English) JULIEN'S AUCTIONS CEO, DARREN JULIEN, SAYING: "And what's really made the rock and roll market in general explode is that it's not just for fans. It's become an investor's market. So we actually see hedge funds and investors looking at this market as a way to diversify portfolios. And one of the things we've noticed is millennials especially, they're not looking to buy...they don't want to buy Monets or Picassos. They're looking at rock and roll artifacts or historical pop culture as a way to invest and as a passion sector of collecting." VARIOUS OF BOB DYLAN'S HANDWRITTEN AND SIGNED LYRICS TO "MR.
