- Story Text: A Berlin square turned red and yellow on Saturday (June 6) as Barcelona fans gathered ahead of the Champions League final.
Some 74,000 fans will be watching the match between Barcelona and Juventus at the city's Olympic Stadium - the first European Cup or Champions League final to be staged in the German capital.
But before the match, fans gathered at the Breitscheidplatz in central Berlin to enjoy some singing and beer.
And with the Barcelona team in devastating form, many fans are certain of a win.
"How is the game going to end? Well, two goals from (Lionel) Messi, one from (Luis) Suarez and one from Neymar. 4-0, I'm sure," said Joaquim Charra, who was enjoying the Champion Festival near Brandenburg Gate.
The attacking trident of Messi, Neymar and Suarez has hit 120 goals between them so far, more than any other trio in Spain before.
Fans Victor Messa and Albert Romani were also confident, but a bit more cautious in their predictions.
"I think that if our key player Messi has a good day that could make the difference but if Juve is with the back against the wall and they counter-attack, it could be dangerous," said Messa.
"It looks easy if we look at both team's players and logically it looks like we would win but hey, it's 90 minutes and in 90 minutes anything can happen but above all, long live Barca and long live Catalonia," said Romani.
Should Barcelona win tonight, they would repeat their success in 2009 when they became the first Spanish side to win the treble.
Led by an inspirational Messi, they have already won La Liga and bagged the King's Cup playing a ruthless direct style.
The match kicks off at 1845 GMT, at the Olympic Stadium which was the venue for the 1936 Olympics and the 2006 World Cup final. - Copyright Holder: REUTERS
