Story Text: German police used pepper spray on anti-G7 protesters in Garmisch-Partenkirchen on Saturday (June 6) after officers were subjected to the contents of a fire extinguisher and flying bottles, according to police.
The scuffles began when some protesters tried to break through police lines.
Demonstrators later said police started the violence at the protest near the G7 summit site.
