Bollywood actor, singer, and performer Salman Khan staged his first-ever concert in the Saudi capital Riyadh on Friday (December 10), putting together an energetic music and dance extravaganza.
Khan, one of India's most popular actors, delighted spectators gathered for the outdoor concert in central Riyadh with songs and dance numbers featuring a large troupe of performers.
The event was part of the Riyadh Season project, an arts and culture festival that runs annually for five months across the Saudi Arabian capital, featuring art shows, concerts, and sports events.
Khan, whose career spans over three decades, holds broad appeal among audiences drawn to his image of a bad boy with a heart of gold. In addition to his Bollywood career and philanthropic work, Khan is known for his run-ins with the law and spending time in jail in cases of drunk driving and the poaching of an endangered species of blackbuck.
The 55-year-old actor's acting credits include "Bajrangi Bhaijaan", "Dabangg", "Sultan" and "Tere Naam".
He launched his latest movie, the action thriller "Antim: The Final Truth", at the end of November.
