We came back to the starting point. Obviously, we are facing without reason the unjustified extension of the arrest. Nothing is happening from the prosecutor's side and we, as defendants, can't understand anything for the moment." LOBBY OF COURTHOUSE (SOUNDBITE) (Romanian) LAWYER FOR TATE BROTHERS, GLIGA CONSTANTIN ION, SAYING: "They (Tate brothers) cannot understand the justice system in Romania because they notice how other people with identical charges are released after one or two months of arrest and they are still in jail, with a situation much less severe than their (fellow) inmates." DISPLAYED NOTICE WITH TATE BROTHERS CASE (SOUNDBITE) (Romanian) LAWYER FOR TATE BROTHERS, ALEXANDRU RISNITA, SAYING: "I am not a doctor to tell you about Andrew Tate's health, he apparently looks very good in the court. Till the end he is a fighter and a survivor, and even if he would have something seriously, he wouldn't tell. " LAWYERS OUTSIDE COURT BUILDING
