Worldwide pilgrims have begun to arrive in Mecca for
the Haj, and traffic jams are already visible. The pilgrimage
will be at its busiest on Sunday (February 9) and will last
until next Thursday (February 13).
Mena Tent City has been set up to accommodate the two
millions pilgrims expected this year.
Earlier Saudi Minister of Interior, Prince Nayef Bin Abdul
Aziz, says no one would be allowed to mess up with security
during and after the Hajj.
Prince Nayef Bin Abdul Aziz made the comments after
watching a parade by nearly 3,000 special forces and anti-riot
troops. The display on Wednesday (February 5) also included
armoured personnel carriers and police cars.
