- Story Text: The August bank holiday weekend in the UK has a special treat in store for George Michael fans. The singer and former Wham! frontman is playing his very last two concerts in the London capital. But do his fans believe him? George Michael on Sunday (August 24) played one of his last two concerts for hundreds of fans in London. The singer had announced that 'The Final Two' concerts would be it. But, fans of the former Wham! frontman didn't quite believe that he would never sing a concert again.
"Well we'll still listen to the music but the hope is he'll do something. I can't believe that he's gonna disappear. " "No well he's into his internet music and getting it free to us."
"Yeah very sad, but I don't think like these two ladies that it'll be his last one, no."
Two German fans travelled all the way from Germany to London to see him: "We are so glad to be here. We're even thinking of going to Denmark.
I've said that he's a diva and like all girls that means he's gonna change his mind."
"I don't think this will be his lat one ever I think he'll have some quiet gigs later on in his later career.
George Michael told his fans it was good to be back in the capital.
He played the hits Fastlove, I'm Your Man and Father Figure.
George Michael's tour began in Barcelona in September 2006 and since then he entertained more than one million fans across Europe and North America.
