- Story Text: Yeji, leader of the K-pop girl group ITZY, released her solo debut EP "Air" on Monday (March 10), and showcased the music video for the lead single with the same title name.
“Air”, which was written by J.Y. Park, singer and founder of South Korean record label, JYP Entertainment, is one of four tracks on the new extended play.
Best known for their hits "Wannabe", “Dalla Dalla” and “Not Shy”, ITZY came onto the scene in January 2019 under JYP Entertainment, the record label responsible for popular K-pop groups such as TWICE, Stray Kids, GOT7 and Wonder Girls.
ITZY won Best New Female Artist at the Mnet Asian Music Awards and was nominated for Best K-pop at the MTV Video Music Awards in 2022.
