- Story Text: Residents in Ukraine's capital Kyiv said on Tuesday (March 25) they were certain Russian drones would continue to attack their cities despite agreements for a maritime ceasefire and a stop to attacks on infrastructure.
"I am just one of the victims of this war. Maybe my drama speaks through me, but I don’t believe (there will be ceasefire)," Said Hanna, a Kyiv resident.
Walking in the capital's central streets the residents were speaking after the United States announced it had reached separate agreements with Ukraine and Russia to ensure safe navigation in the Black Sea and to implement a ban on attacks by the two countries on each other's energy facilities.
"I believe only in Europe’s unity, when it will unite. This is what I believe in. I believe in nothing else. The Americans showed their faces – nobody believes them," Tetiana, a Kyiv resident, told Reuters.
