- Story Text: Hundreds of people gathered across Spanish cities on Saturday (March 29th) to protest against United States President Donald Trump’s policies.
Around 300 people protested at Madrid's Puerta del Sol and a few dozens were seen at Barcelona's Sant Jaume square, where protesters shouted slogans and held signs against Trump and billionaire Elon Musk.
"The Trump government has been trampling the constitution, violating quite a few laws and the separation of powers, especially between the judiciary and the executive branch of the government," protester from Ohio William Kotas sad.
These demonstrations are called in “Defense of US Democracy and Against Trump Administration Actions and Impact on the US, Spain, Rest of Europe and World”
Rallies also took place in Spanish cities of Seville, Valencia, and Malaga.
