  • Story Text:President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said he met France and Britain's military chiefs in Kyiv on Friday (April 4) to discuss a plan for the deployment of a foreign contingent in Ukraine as part of a ceasefire agreement and that an understanding could be reached within a month.
    He told reporters at a news conference in Kyiv that military "working groups" would now convene once a week to discuss details of a plan.
