- Story Text: INTRO: Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu attended a rally in Tel Aviv on Thursday (June 20) night to thank those who supported him in the last general election.
-------------------------------------------------------------------- A rally of religious Orthodox Jews in Tel Aviv on Thursday night was addressed by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu (June 20).
The rally marked two years since the death of Rabbi Menahem Mendel Shneershon who led the Lubavitcher movement.
The Lubavitcher movement supported Netanyahu in the recent general election.
Netanyahu thanked the crowd for supporting him in last month's elections. He said difficult and challenging tasks lay ahead and if the people of Israel unify, prosperity will come to the nation.
