- Story Text: Turkish Prime Minister Racep Tayyip Erdogan begins an official visit to Iran.
Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan was greeted by Iranian first vice president Mohammad Reza Rahimi at the presidential office compound on Tuesday (October 27), and from there went on to meet President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.
Erdoan is accompanied by a high ranking economical-political delegation which will discuss regional and international issues, looking to boost ties and trade between the two countries.
