  • Story Text:Heavy security was present around Munich Security Conference locations on Saturday (February 14) as the conference entered its second day.
    Police officers were seen patrolling the area, checking traffic and screening bags at entrances.
    Snipers positioned themselves on nearby rooftops as officers gathered at barriers around the Bayerischer Hof hotel.
    Around 70 heads of state and government and more than 140 ministers, including Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy, French President Emmanuel Macron, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer and India's Foreign Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, are in attendance in Munich.
