- Story Text: Residents in Saudi Arabia said they feel safe in the Kingdom on Sunday (March 1), following attacks from Israel and the U.S. on Iran, which retaliated with attacks on Israel and nearby U.S. targets in Arab Gulf cities.
Iranian leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei died in the attacks which began on Saturday, state media reported.
Witnesses reported blasts in the Dubai area and over Doha for a second day on Sunday.
Iran's retaliation for U.S.-Israeli strikes forced major regional airports, including Dubai, to shut amid one of the worst instances of aviation disruption in years.
