  • Story Text: The son of former Brazilian president Jair Bolsonaro, Senator Flavio Bolsonaro, demanded on Friday (March 13) that people stop playing with his father's life after the former leader was taken to the hospital.
    Jair Bolsonaro, who is serving a 27-year prison sentence in a Brasilia facility, was hospitalized in an intensive care unit on Friday after being diagnosed with bronchopneumonia, according to a medical note from the DF Star hospital shared by his wife on social media.
    Bolsonaro was taken to the hospital with a high fever, chills, and a drop in oxygen saturation, the note said. He is being treated with antibiotics.
