- Story Text:Israeli army artillery fired on Tuesday (March 17) toward Lebanon, as the U.S.-Israeli war on Iran rages on into its third week.
On Tuesday night, missiles were fired towards northern Israel, which were intercepted.
Lebanon was dragged into the war in the Middle East on March 2 when Hezbollah opened fire at Israel, saying it aimed to avenge the killing of Iran's supreme leader.
More than 900 people have died since Israel began attacks on Lebanon on March 2, the Lebanese Health Ministry said on Tuesday. U.S.-based Iran human rights group HRANA said on Monday that more than 3,000 people have been killed in the country.
