- Story Text: Israeli security forces and medical teams were deployed on Saturday (March 21) to the northern town of Maalot-Tarshiha after a missile struck a residential building, damaging homes and vehicles.
Extensive damage was seen inside a house where a large hole was punctured through the ceiling, leaving debris and broken glass on the floor.
At a different scene, a woman was taken to receive medical treatment.
Israel and Iran attacked each other on Saturday as the U.S. sent thousands more Marines to the Middle East and U.S. President Donald Trump accused NATO allies of cowardice over their reluctance to help open the Strait of Hormuz.
More than 2,000 people have been killed since the U.S. and Israel attacked Iran on February 28, while global energy prices have surged and concerns about a drawn-out regional conflict were increasing.
