    Foreign ministers from the world's leading Western democracies are meeting in France for a second day on Friday (March 27) against the backdrop of wars in Iran and Ukraine, economic uncertainty, and mounting unease over unpredictable U.S. foreign policy.
    French Foreign Minister Jean-Noel Barrot, had already held bilateral meetings with several ministers on Thursday (March 26), in the 12th-century Vaux-de-Cernay Abbey. Rubio did not attend the meeting's first day on Thursday.
