Bob Moore of the United States riding for the KTM team of Austria won the third round of the ADAC Michelin Hallen-cross Cup competition on Sunday (January 8) in Dortmund.
Moore, 21, was lying second after the first two rounds to Harald Ott, the 1988 West German Suzuki outdoor motocross cross-country champion. But Ott, now riding a Honda, finished only seventh in the third race, having won the first two. He now falls on point behind Moore in the overall standings. Moore now has 50 points with Ott on 49.
In Sunday's race 18-year-old Jochen Jasinski, on a Suzuki, came second with 27-year-old Roland Diepold third on a Kawasaki third. The next round is in Bremen on January 14.
