- Story Text: Bengali leader sheikh Mujibur Rahman arrived in Dacca on Monday (10 January) to a joyful reception form countless thousands of people after his flight from New Delhi in Royal Air Force Comet. Sheikh Mujib was moved to tears when he stepped off the aircraft at Dacca's airport, and later at a rally in the centre of the city.
The Shiekh was overwhelmed with emotion when he was finally reunited with his family. It was the first time the Bengali leader had seen them since he was arrested and imprisoned in West Pakistan last March.
