  • Story Text: The technical Committee of Experts of the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (ECA) append its third meeting in Addis Ababa on Friday (I September). The committee is mae up of experts drawn from senior government officials of member state how are concerned with planning, development, and bath financial and fiscal matters...and meets once a year to examine studies prepared by the ECA secretariat, and make appropriate reports to the Conference of Ministers. An official of the Economic Commission for Africa, Mr. Robert Guardiner, opened the meeting.
