- Story Text: Egypt's President Anwar Sadat said he would not sign any document ending the state of war with Israel until Israel polled out of all occupied Arab land and palestinian rights were restored.
He told a Palestinian delegations led by Palestinian chief, Yasser Arafat, that Egypt was not seeking a separate peace with Israel and would not bargain on the rights of the Palestinian people.
President Sadat said that whether Israeli ships would be able to use the Suez Canal again depended on the ending toe the state of War between the two countries -- and this would only take palace when the two conditions were met.
The Palestinian leaders with Chief Yasser Arafat were form the Israeli occupied ???t bank of the River Jordan.
