Story Text: Zambian President Kenneth Kaunda hailed the Commonwealth Peace Plan for Zimbabwe-Rhodesia in a speech on Sunday (12 August). In his first speech since the end of the Commonwealth summit in Lusaka last Tuesday (7 August) the Zambian leader said he felt the summit had been worth every effort.
