- Story Text: Preparations were underway for Oslo memorial concert on Sunday (August 21) to remember the victims of the July 22 attacks.
Survivors and bereaved were expected to meet with Prime minister for an informal lunch at the Radisson Blu hotel.
The memorial ceremony was expected to be attended by the Norwegian Royal family, government officials and a number of artists will be performing with the band A-Ha reunited for the ceremony which was due to start at 1300 GMT. - Copyright Holder: REUTERS
