- Story Text: A man wearing an explosive vest exploded himself next to the motorcade of the governor of the northern Iraqi province of Kirkuk, Iraq on Tuesday (November 28), killing a passer-by and wounding 12 people, the governor and health officials said.
The oil-rich city has witnessed a spate of bombings in recent months amid tensions between the Kurdish and Sunni Arab populations.
