- Story Text: A mortar shell landed on a mourning tent in Baghdad on Friday (July 7, 2006) evening.
"The mortar targetted innocent people and these are the damages as you can see," said Abdel Jallen, a resident.
Meanwhile, more than 200 prisoners were released in Iraq on Saturday (July 8) as part of an effort to heal the country from secretarian violence and the raging insurgency.
