Story Text: A parked car bomb killed five people and wounded 20 in the northern oil-rich city of Kirkuk on Thursday (July 26), hospital sources said, while police put the death toll at two only.
The car was parked outside a popular restaurant in the city centre, 250 km (155 miles) north of Baghdad.
A number of cars and shops were damaged by the blast.
Kirkuk, which sits on some of Iraq's richest oil reserves, is divided among Arabs, Kurds and Turkmen, all of whom lay claim to the city.
