  • Story Text: A suicide bomber blew himself up and wounded two Iraqi soldiers at a checkpoint in the northern city of Kirkuk on Tuesday (November 22), the army said.
    Lieutenant-Colonel Sami Mohammed Hussein said at the scene: "This terrorist criminal was driving his car through here, he went about 100 metres that way and then he came back and hit this building from the back. Thanks be to God that we have no casualties, just what you see here (damage to building). We have only two wounded men."
