- Story Text: The upsurge of war-on-the-streets in Northern Ireland, and the implications that the Irish Republican Army of the South are behind the wave of bombings, shootings and general violence in the city of Belfast and other centres, is a matter of grave concern for the administering authorities. Visnews cameraman Tony Green had a busy day on Sunday filming street fighting. He had just telephones the London newsroom to report that the situation seemed to have quietened down for the night when a snap report came in that a Customs Post near the border town of Newry had been destroyed by bombs. Green drove through the night to the bombing scene. The accompanying story shows what he found there.
