- Story Text: Hundreds of students demonstrated in Ljubljana, Yugoslavia on Monday (8 October) against what they called the "fascist" activities of the Austrian Government.
The protest was sparked by the second bomb blast in two weeks against members of the minority Slovenve community in Austrian Corinthia.
At a rally, speakers denounced terrorism and neo-fascism around the world. The coup d'etat in Chile and the Middle East fighting were attacked as well as the recent bombings in Austria.
The demonstrators marched on the Austrian Embassy in Ljubljana to deliver a protest letter. The letter expressed dissatisfaction at the "inactivity and inefficiency" of the Austrian Government in curbing the "fascist terrorism" against members of the Slovene minority.
