- Story Text: Three people were slightly wounded on Friday during a
march in northern Lebanon to protest against the killing of
Palestinians by Israeli troops.
The three were injured after supporters of two rival
Muslim groups clashed in the port city of Tripoli because of
an inter-communal feud.
Thousands of Christian and Muslim demonstrators marched
through the streets of Tripoli, shouting anti-Israeli and
anti- U.S. slogans. "Allahu Akbar (God is greatest) and America
is the biggest devil".
More than 320 people, mostly Palestinians, have been
killed in 11 weeks of clashes between Palestinians and Israeli
troops.
