  • Story Text: Halle Berry and Michael Kors are combining their star power to help end world hunger.
    Berry will team up with the Michael Kors brand to help with its long-term commitment to the United Nations World Food Programme to help raise money to end hunger.
    First up for the duo will be the debut of custom-made watches from the brand's Watch Hunger Stop line. For each timepiece sold, 100 meals will be provided to children in the World Food Programme (WFP).
    In a statement Kors said: "I could not be more excited about Halle Berry's decision to join me in fighting hunger. She brings talent, energy, generosity, and of course star power to a cause that is extremely important to me. I'm grateful that she has joined our effort and thrilled that we will be working side by side to end hunger."
    In the next year, Berry and Kors plan to see how their work is being done firsthand by visiting a WFP site to bring awareness to the issue of hungry around the world.
