- Story Text: Pregnant queen of pop Madonna admitted to having a craving for crisps at the London premiere of her latest film "Next Best Thing" in which she stars alongside British actor, Rupert Everett. The real life friends appeared at the Odeon cinema in London's West End with Madonna's partner Guy Ritchie for the screening.
Madonna, 41, proudly showed off her bump to reporters on Tuesday (June 6) when she attended the London premiere of her film "The Next Best Thing".
Madonna has the leading role in the romantic comedy starring as a yoga instructor who has a child with a homosexual friend played by the British actor Rupert Everett.
Although Everett denied having banged any drums about gay men wanting to have children, he said he found it interesting.
"I think it's an interesting phenomenon today that a lot of gay people do want to have children and I think it makes for an interesting story it's an interesting dynamic between two friends and what happens to them and how a friendship can unravel but their friendship makes it through in the end."
Madonna said her chosen her black outfit was a mixture of what she had left in her wardrobe that could fit over the ever-expanding waistline.
The singer who is five months pregnant by boyfriend Guy Ritchie, director of the British gangster film "Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels", is currently living in London to spend as much time as possible with the director but couldn't be drawn on whether or not she will decide to move to London permanently.
Ritchie, 31, was arrested last month on suspicion of assaulting a man outside the pop diva's London home. He was released on bail pending further police investigations.
