  • Story Text: Princess of Pop Britney Spears is a busy girl, currently on a mammoth promotional tour of Europe promoting her first film, Crossroads, she's also had to fend off rumours about her love life! You can also catch Britney in a brand new Pepsi commercial which sees the teen queen try her hand, or rather foot, at soccer.
    As soccer fever mounts in the build up to the World Cup, even the princess of pop Britney Spears put on her football boots for a bit of a kickabout to star in the new Pepsi commercial. Britney has an $8 million contract with the soft drinks giant, and has already starred in commercials shown at the Superbowl. Britney wrote the track that backs the new advert which also features the soccer skills of Rivaldo, Emmanuel Petit and David Beckham to name but a few.
    Meanwhile, Britney continues her whirlwind romp through Europe, having, it seems, finally dismissed gossip that her relationship with N*Sync's Justin Timberlake is over.
    In Madrid, Britney turned on her habitual charm to fend of questions critisising her sexy antics in her first feature film Crossraods.
    Next stop for Britney is London, for the UK premiere of the film.
