- Story Text: Divine Brown, the Hollywood prostitute arrested with actor Hugh Grant in June, has reached celebrity status since the incident and is enjoying her new found, and lucrative fame.
She has recently appeared in a television commercial for a local Los Angeles radio station and is featured in a forthcoming advertisement for a lingerie company.
The radio commercial, for soft-rock station KXEZ-FM Easy 100.3, was released by the station's management on Monday (August 7).
During the advert Divine Brown says the station is perfect to listen to while "on the job".
The lingerie company, Valissiere, is paying Brown a reported 30,000 United States dollars to star in its advertisement, the catchline of which is; "If you don't wear our products, your husband will want to fulfil his sexual fantasies outside the home".
Brazilian television were shooting a feature on Brown as she prepared for the lingerie commercial. She told TV Globo interviewer Paulo Amorim that Grant's first words to her were; "You're my sexual fantasy. Your lips are great".
She also revealed that she takes cash "up-front" in all business deals and is known as "Pancake" to her closest friends.
Brown became a worldwide celebrity after police found her performing oral sex on Hugh Grant near Sunset Strip.
The encounter has already yielded lucrative interview offers from newspapers around the world, and several advertising opportunities, affording Brown a life-style which, three months ago, itself must have been a fantasy for her.
Brown pleaded not guilty to charges of lewd conduct stemming from her arrest with Grant.
Grant, known for his his 1994 hit film, "Four Weddings and a Funeral," and his most recent film, "Nine Months," has pleaded no contest to the charges of engaging in lewd conduct with a prostitute, and was fined 1,180 U.S. dollars. - Copyright Holder: REUTERS
