- Story Text: In Northern Lebanon, United Nations observers were, on Saturday (9 September), touring areas damaged by Israeli air attacks. At the Nahr El Bared refugee camp, north of Tripoli, they heard that five inhabitants had died and at least 30 had been seriously wounded....among them many children. The observers toured the wrecked settlement making notes and taking photographs. Nearby, a hospital was caring for the wounded. Nahr El Bared was.....according to a palestinian spokesman..... rather more fortunate than other Israeli targets.
