- Story Text: The Israeli Prime Minister Mr Menachem Begin has compared the Palestine Liberation Organisation's charter to Hitler's 'Mein Kampf' and he said he will never sit down with what he called murderers. Mr Begin was speaking at a British United Jewish Appeal dinner in Jerusalem. He said West Bank Arabs will vote in municipal elections and can choose to become Israeli citizens, but Israel must maintain security on the West Bank.
