- Story Text: Feelings in Israel are running high that Egypt 1 today and Syria still refuses to submit lists of names of the Israeli POWs and thus violating the Geneva convention and also did not permit Red Cross to visit our POWs. Together with this the USA apparently forced us to supply water and food to the Egyptian 3rd army, cut off from Egypt. (see posters at demo)
The Knesset decision took place in an air charged with electricity and Dayan somewhat eased the tension by telling the Israelis the truth:_ we did not send water and food to the Egyptians
