- Story Text: Englands fans left Green Point satdium disappointed after watching a frustrating goalless draw against Algeria in Group C.
England supporters now have to win their last matchb against Slovenia to get through the last 16.
"I was very disappointed, but we haven't lost yet, and there's one match to go, so fingers crossed," said Andrew from Yorkshire.
Any repeat of their ragged, disorganised error-strewn display in Green Point stadium is unlikely to be enough to get them past Slovenia in their final game and could lead to an embarrassing first-round exit having been given what was widely considered an easy draw.
Algerians, buoyed by how easily they coped with the cream of the Premier League, will now fancy their chances of upsetting the U.S. to go through themselves.
"The match went well. I was not expecting such strong defence from Algeria. Algeria dominated this match. Both sides had a chance to score, but oh well. We hope that Algeria will succeed in the next match," said an Algerian fan.
