- Story Text: U.S. pop star Janet Jackson dressed up in a Kimono to promote her upcoming album "20 Y.O." which is made to celebrate her 20 years career of pop singer and is already ranking No. 2 in its first week of sales on the billboard charts. Janet Jackson who visited Japan for the first time in two years, appeared in Japanese traditional Kimono at a press conference in Tokyo held on Monday (October 23), "I like it. I think absolutely beautiful. It's comfortable for me, they didn't make it very tight. So it's comfortable." said Jackson when asked about Kimono.
"I always enjoy myself in Japan even though majority of time I have been here is work related. I still have a wonderful time. I love Japan very much." she added on her ninth visit to Japan.
Jackson already visited Japan at the height of her popularity when she released her seventh album "All for you" in 2001.
