- Story Text: About 400 demonstrators held a torchlight parade in Buenos Aires on June 30 to demand that the National Congress begin to debate bills to allow the revision of cases of eight political prisoners convicted during Argentina's military regimes. The march, which moved to the National Congress building, was organised by human rights groups including the mothers of the Plaza de Mayo. The Argentine Human Rights League, one of the groups which organised the march, said the debate should have begun on June 16 but was postponed for 15 days. The League added that the bills had not yet left the legal legislative committee.
