THE DELEGATES COME FROM NORTH AFRICA AND THE MIDDLE EAST, THE MEETING WHICH GOES ON FOR EIGHT DAYS IS HELD EVERY THREE YEARS. ONE OF THE MAIN TALKING POINTS AT THE CONFERENCE IS REGIONAL COOPERATION.
